i stayed at the hotel for several nights and found the room spacious it had a comfortable king bed the hotel provides complimentary transfers to key locations like dubai mall and burj khalifa the rooftop lounge offered superb views i appreciated the excellent room service especially from subhagya who was very friendly
the road in front of the hotel had some damage that needs repair and accessing the swimming pool required passing through the bar area this setup was not ideal

krishna the room attendant did a fantastic job he paid amazing attention to detail i really loved the pillow arrangement it was both beautiful and comfortable the good towel arrangement also. i can say it was all wonderful. i felt amazing in this hotel.
i noticed the hotel is not close to the metro i had to rely on other transportation options

the hotel sits in a central location it makes getting around fairly easy although it is not directly near a metro station i did notice a large road with heavy traffic so plan travel accordingly

comfy bedsspacious roomfree shuttle
The beds were really comfy and the spacious room allowed us to relax after sightseeing. the staff proved helpful, especially with directions and local tips. I really appreciated their assistance. the free shuttle service to key locations such as dubai mall was convenient, and it saved us on transportation costs.
the food shops were quite far from the hotel, requiring a 10 to 15 minute walk.

the hotel provided a really good breakfast, with sufficient assortment to start the day and a helpful staff. sometimes there were minor shortages caused by the busy times, though the staff worked to replenish items, so that was ok.

i found the room to be spacious and modern i appreciated the comfortable bed the complimentary shuttle service to popular destinations like the dubai mall was useful. the staff were helpful always ready to assist with any questions or requests i had. the breakfast buffet offered a good selection of items including fresh fruits and hot dishes i started each day satisfied.
the pool closed relatively early at 7 pm i wished it stayed open later.

The staff was friendly. They allowed an early check-in. The breakfast selection was rich and tasty!!! The pool area has astonishing views.
The gym had a horrible smell.
